Piskunov
This was our course book at IIT-Kharagpur in 1970's. If one solves the 500 numerical given at the end, there is no differential & Integral calculus numerical you cannot solve. A must read book on the subject. Very user friendly.

good but shanti narayan is better
trust me,although this one is also good book but shanti narayan's book is far better than this book.....in this book,plenty of illustrations are solved but yet shanti narayan's book on calculus has better explanation and straight forward ideas with proper proofs to solve problems...

Nice and Simple Book
If you know the basics and want a lucid book to know Advance Calculus, then go for Piskonov's books.
I give the book a 5 star.
I have the CBS Book. Page Quality is Good, Not Excellent but still Good enough to suit your purpose.
Beyond this book you can go for T.M. Apostol Mathematical Analysis - Narosa Pub.

Tiring
Including around 300 questions on differentiation and integration on every 10th page,this book gives you every opportunity to sit and scratch you head until you get your concept cleared.
Must buy for class 12 and Engineering students.
Russian authors have a different approach. You might not like it if you live on easy and shortcut questions and methods proposed by american authors.
