    This battery grip/holder is a Pro Battery Grip for the NIKON D5100/D5200 DSLR Cameras. Vertical shutter release button on the Battery Grip makes shooting with the camera in a vertical position much easier, adding stability to the camera. Beware that the batteries should be put into the magazine before inserting the magazine into the grip! Hold 2 EN-EL14 Li-ion batteries. Doubling the battery capacity of your camera, effectively extend your shooting time. A tripod jack on the bottom of the grip for fixing it on a tripod firmly.

    Works good.

    Brought Digitek N D5100-D5200 Battery Grip after lot of research online.

    Pros:
    1. The grip snug fits well to the camera body and has a nice build too.
    2. The grip shutter release also works well. No lag seen.
    3. Can use a single EN-EL14 Li-ion battery keeping the other compartment empty.
    4. Can also use 4 AA Batteries.
    5. Has the rubberized surface for your figures for vertical shooting.

    1. Requires external cable to connect the camera's connector port to the grip.

    Excellent product

    I would rate it a 4.5 stars. IT is good and the product really works, i tried to use the batteries i bought on flipkart, they work. Those were fake nikon batteries though. This did pop an error when i used on of the batteries, i swapped it over and it worked. Love it. Recommend it.
