It is one of the best introductory book on any topic I have ever read. It is amazing how much empowering knowledge is given in such a simple way. There is some magical wisdom about it. Trust me! Pick up the book

One of the best (probably d best !) book for discrete math for computer science students. I was using a ebook of the book during my college days. But now I decided that I have to buy this as it worths its price. And also it remains the best book till date.

After ordering this book I found out that this "Special Indian Edition" is the adaptation of the Sixth Edition of the US edition of the same book.
There are MANY differences between the Sixth Edition and the Seventh Edition. Because the cover page of the book says that it's the seventh edition, anyone would assume that it's true. I bought this book for my GATE preparation. Rosens style of explaining difficult concepts is just outstanding. It has lots problems which helps to understand the concepts very easily. It also contains many fun facts which makes learning more enjoyable.
