Fabric: Almost like cotton but more stretchable.
Waist band: Very stiff compared to rest of materials. Can be a bit tight compared to the size.

Design: The bottom front is perfect but the legs are not symetric. One leg is looser than the other. The back fitting is perfect. The front top is a bit loose making your top part move sidewords inside. 3d effect is good only on bottom side and not near the top near the waist band where it is loose everywhere.
