Best in the market!
The book is really suggested for people like me, who overthinks every situation and also cant stop it.
So I must say to all those subjects read once. It was really helpful. The author says nothing u dont know, u know already but the difference is the book will guide you to implement it.
If you don't follow u wont see any changes. I myself is not a huge fan of guidelines and being a capricorn person make more difficult. But I really loved the way author has written everything with good exam...
