    Science behind workout, Well explained

    I have read "don't loose your mind..." book for Rujuta and liked the thought process and writing style of the author. This book reflects it even more.     A different Book

    Such book on the subject is the first of its kind.
    But Rujuta is getting carried away with her too breezy desi conversational tone : It wont connect the Non hindi knowing readers. In the written word, you cannot assume a condescending tone and use words like "public" to address your readers and hold them wrong at every stage. Makes us feel low and guilty .

    An excellent book on exercise science and practice

    The best part about the book is the pains she has taken to explain the science behind it and is accurate as far as I know. As someone in the health care industry, this is important to me, because practice can follow only after understanding. And I love how she endeavours to promote health instead of weight loss. A very well written book, and good humour as always.

    Review of Don't Lose out Workout

    I am a huge fan of Rujuta Diwekar and have read all her books. I loved this one the most. It talks about the science behind exercising breaking the age old myths. I love her language, it is almost like she is sitting on the other end and chatting with me.
