    Explains it all and how!

    I'm a fan of Rujuta's for the simple and effective tips she gives through her books, blogs and seminars.     don't lose hope, read this!!!!

    Although a bit jargonic and theorotical at times ( nevertheless for the sole aim to enlighten you about the science behind exercise) this I would say is the best you can do for keeping out of the drudgery of working out hard and not getting results.
    The Goddess of nutrition science (God bless her soul), with a penchant for understanding the core issues has penned the most simple if not simplistic content for achieving a great body without the martyr's sacrifice in the gym.

    An excellent book on exercise science and practice

    The best part about the book is the pains she has taken to explain the science behind it and is accurate as far as I know. As someone in the health care industry, this is important to me, because practice can follow only after understanding. And I love how she endeavours to promote health instead of weight loss. A very well written book, and good humour as always.

    Review of Don't Lose out Workout

    I am a huge fan of Rujuta Diwekar and have read all her books. I loved this one the most. It talks about the science behind exercising breaking the age old myths. I love her language, it is almost like she is sitting on the other end and chatting with me.
