Loosing weight seems so easy....

A wonderful book...must read for everyone be it any age or gender..It is written in very easy,understandable language with examples.Very easy to follow the 4 principles & some guidelines given in the book.This book will help me to maintain my fitness.

Also, I am so happy that my spouse is also reading & following it..:)

Truly a Diet Bible.Alters your perception of dieting not the food.

This book is all about altering your thinking about Dieting, and it works.
This is not a ordinary diet book where they throw on you a diet chart ,asks you to follow and loose weight. That never works,because our culture is so diverse,what people eat daily changes every 100 kms,so a Mumbaikar making a diet chart will not work for guy living in Meerut,U.P. He might be able to survive for a week or two but thats it then his genes will take over and he'll end up eating ghar ka bana mummy ke haat...

This book is just not a book.. it simply works as a magic.Its full of knowledge. We are often into various myths regarding eating. This book clarifies each and every myth.. The book starts off very well and amazes you its sheer commonsensical approach...somewhere down the pages, it loses steam, and page-fillers get an upper hand...besides, the book should have been edited...is Ms Diwekar writing only for a Mumbai audience? "shingdana", "sadelu"...and then there is an occasional "ch*&^%#"! Also a lot of references do not make sense...all I could get was from, essentially, the first half of the book...a good buy but not something that is a handbook...

Very good yet simple to follow book on healthy eating and living

First off, this book is not about loosing weight but rather about living and eating correctly whose byproduct is weigh reduction more energy and happy persona.

I read this book twice to digest all that was put down. I would consider this the best and most "logical" book to be read on healthy living. Author explains the "why" behind the "what" which appealed to an engineer like me. We always want to know "why" and not just follow suggestions. If you are like me, this book is for you.
