    Rujuta Diwekar is a nutritionist and fitness expert from Mumbai. She has written another book titled Women & The Weight Loss Tamasha. Rujuta pursued a Sports Nutrition course and completed her post graduation from SNDT College. She is the recipient of the Nutrition Award from the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology. She was also on the list of the People magazine's 2012 list of the 50 most powerful people in India. Rutuja enjoys trekking and has a marathon training group.     Less than 2 months--Lost complete 5 Kgs. From 77.5 to 72.5 in 50 days.

    Things which i do/do not after reading this book:

    --I take 6-7 Meals in a single day
    --Wake up with a nice raw fruit.

    Don't Lose your mind, Lose your weight by Rujuta Diwekar, the one behind Kareena Kapoor's marvellous figure is a refreshing read.

    Truly a Diet Bible.Alters your perception of dieting not the food.

    This book is all about altering your thinking about Dieting, and it works.
    This is not a ordinary diet book where they throw on you a diet chart ,asks you to follow and loose weight. That never works,because our culture is so diverse,what people eat daily changes every 100 kms,so a Mumbaikar making a diet chart will not work for guy living in Meerut,U.P. He might be able to survive for a week or two but thats it then his genes will take over and he'll end up eating ghar ka bana mummy ke haat...

    Life changing

    Rujuta manages to combine all the scientific knowledge that we need to know about the food we eat with a very humorous twist. There's also a bit of spirituality thrown in which makes it a unique read for me.

    Following the advice outlined in this book, I have been able to lose more than 12 kilos in 9 months and more importantly have not gained it back.

    I have changed my way of eating radically and at the same time eating the same food which I have eaten all my life.

    Author shows off!!

    First 125 Pages directionless...most of the pages say real life examples of her clients: I guess author has bluffed at most of the examples...
    Only Chapter 4 gives lil info on diet [max 5-6 pages]

    you will find better info and rigth knowlegde on diet online..

    Author feels lot of pride about her clients and show's off and gives away nothing to the reader!

    Worth a read ladies!

    A very motivational book! Definitely an eye-opener for me.
