    In the last two sections, Rujuta explains how these tips can be put into practice and enlists many steps that can be followed for a better life. The final section of the book is Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor’s journey to fitness and her tips for a slimmer waist.

    Don't Lose Your Mind Lose Your Weight was published in 2009. The book has sold over 4 lakh copies and was the bestseller in the non-fiction category in 2009.

    About Rujuta Diwekar

    Rujuta Diwekar is a nutritionist and fitness expert from Mumbai. She has written another book titled Women & The Weight Loss Tamasha. Rujuta pursued a Sports Nutrition course and completed her post graduation from SNDT College. She is the recipient of the Nutrition Award from the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology. She was also on the list of the People magazine's 2012 list of the 50 most powerful people in India. Rutuja enjoys trekking and has a marathon training group. She topped the 'Best Personal Trainer' list in 2005 and has worked with prominent celebrities like Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Amrita Arora, Anil Ambani and others. She is currently working on her third book. Her books have sold over 500,000 copies and have also been translated into other languages. She is married to Gaurav Punj.

    Right..Let me throw of the results straight away..
    Less than 2 months--Lost complete 5 Kgs. From 77.5 to 72.5 in 50 days.

    Things which i do/do not after reading this book:

    --I take 6-7 Meals in a single day

    An eye opener for most people

    Practical and full of common sense

    Truly a Diet Bible.Alters your perception of dieting not the food.

    This book is all about altering your thinking about Dieting, and it works.
    This is not a ordinary diet book where they throw on you a diet chart ,asks you to follow and loose weight. That never works,because our culture is so diverse,what people eat daily changes every 100 kms,so a Mumbaikar making a diet chart will not work for guy living in Meerut,U.P.     Life changing

    Rujuta manages to combine all the scientific knowledge that we need to know about the food we eat with a very humorous twist. There's also a bit of spirituality thrown in which makes it a unique read for me.

    Loosing weight seems so easy....

    A wonderful book...must read for everyone be it any age or gender..It is written in very easy,understandable language with examples.Very easy to follow the 4 principles & some guidelines given in the book.This book will help me to maintain my fitness.
