DORO KE FYTA Cinder 2-8mm, 1.8 Kg, Substrate for Growing Rose, Adenium & Big Plants Soil, Potting Mixture  (1.8 kg, Granules)

Granule Size- 2 to 8 mm. This cinder is cleaned to remove dust. Hence, there will be not more than 3 % dust. It is suitable for Rose, Adenium and other bigger plants. This size of Cinder is not recommended for use with succulents, cactii and other smaller plants. This cinder is produced as a by-product from burning of earthen coal(dug out from mines). This is not a volcanic rock. However, this is porous and light weight. Most of the plant lovers like this cinder due to its fast drainage capabilities. Proper roots aeration is also possible with use of cinder. It protects plants from root rot and fungal attack. We have observed healthy root development with use of Cinder. As per opinion of many gardeners, plants {like-Rose, Adenium and all other bigger plants(potted in 8 inch or bigger pots)} show better growth with this size of cinder. We must use approximately 20% vermicompost with cinder. This cinder can be used upto 50 % in potting mix of loamy soil loving plants. However, some gardeners have used upto 80% also and the plants shown good growth and blooming as well. We have mentioned our opinion about use of cinder in potting mix of different type of plants.
