Just wow!
This is my first time using a cup. I'd been using pads only. I learnt how to insert it and remove it before my period started which helped me a lot. At first I was not able to get it in at all. But then with a few tries i learnt how to. The pinch down fold worked the best. Once I got it in and spend 8 hours, I noticed some poking feels. Then when I googled and I understood that you have to cut the stem according to the size of your comfort. I cut almost 3/4th of the stem and then it I did not...
