First of all, talking about the accuracy factor and whether you should buy it or not.
Yes, you should.
I have the sphygmomanometer at home which doctors use and suggest. I can tell you that the readings are fairly accurate with a error rate of +/-5units which is totally acceptable. I tested it multiple times and +/-5 was the maximum deviation from the readings as compared to the sphygmomanometer. So you should totally buy it.
