The rating is for the game and NOT for the service or delivery which was good as expected.
Speaking a series fanatic , the game can be defined as decent at best. The graphics are great. The gameplay could be better though , so could be the BGM. Character development is not that accurate specially in terms of techniques or attacks. If you compare it with games like Bodukai Tenkaichi 3 , you'd be somewhat disappointed.
