I have been using a normal office chair which resulted in neck and back pain.
I was waiting to buy a good ergonomic chair which eradicate all my poor postures and pain as a result ended up buying this gaming chair.
Initial impressions: Chair is sturdy and the quality is excellent.
The comfort and the cushion were spot on.The adjustable arm rest is very handy and suits my need as it is height adjustable. Though it could have been more sturdy as it moves left or right on a slight pressure.

Product don't have the quality and after sale service is zero. My chair base broke within 10 months and there is no customer care number to report as well. Pretty bad.

Using This Chair from January 2023 , Still comfortable and the leather is still new no damage no other issues .

Very comfortable and easy to put together, the mssager is great as well.
