UV bonding process uses ultraviolet sensitive adhesives that cure upon exposure to energy from UV curing lamps or direct sunlight. The UV-curing process depends on the intensity of the UV light, the curing time can be controlled and can be as fast as a few seconds at high intensity or much longer at lower intensities. We have launched UV light curing adhesive for acrylics, which is single component & does not need any mixing. These are fast curing adhesives with high bonding strength. With highly reactive UV systems, the adhesives are quick curing, allowing thorough curing in deeper layers too.
