Don't let people view disappoint you
A lot of people that say this is a bad book compared to the original, they couldn't be more wrong. I've already read it twice and the philosophical meaning ( which is ABSOLUTELY NOT BLAND in the slightest !!! ) behind it is simply astounding. Mind-blowing purchase
Great quality, great condition, took a little time for delivery but it's alright.
Loved the book even more than the first part!!!
Starts a little slow but gets really exciting later on.
Must read if you are a DUNE fan! Frank Herbert is such a great writer!

Terrific

Well the story ofc is good this part is significantly shorter and focuses kinda more on character builds the prob is with the book they gave, it's fake print goes up and down literally touching page's bottom and the pages are bit torn at upper right side

Waste of money!
Quality is good in terms of cover and paper used but the fonts are hard to read. In short, the text is too small and also not very sharp. A newspaper has better legible text than this. Better to read from a screen.

Not worth it
If u jump on to this book right after reading Dune you will be highly disappointed. Just read dune and forget about the sequels. There is a lot of bland philosophy and much less action. I have to drag myself up to the end of this book.

A disappointing book, with a few flashes of brilliance
I loved Dune, so of course I wanted to read the sequels. After reading Dune Messiah, I don't think I'll bother with the rest of the sequels. The majority of this book is a chore to get through, and only the last third of it is interesting. Even so, there is very little that can be called a story in this book, as a large portion of it seems to be spent on describing the political situation and Paul's visions, or on reiterating the same things over and over again until I wanted to scream.
