Good
The packaging of the product was not proper.. Got a replacement and again got the same issue. The plug point of the charger is protruding and the packaging didn't care about it. Due to that the plug pin got detached from the back. It is still usable be has a loose contact when inserted in electric plug point.

Its a great product. the only issue is while charging, when it gets heated up (which is like always, even in an AC room) it starts blinkingh the red light. But the batteries are charged. So no issues there.
