Worthless, don't buy
This book is useless!
Don't buy it even for free.
I bought it to understand the intricacies of the business but it looks the data in the book hasn't been changed since 2002 (the first edition) although the publisher has very proudly mentioned that this is a revised edition from 2018.
I have written to the publisher separately as well but if you have any intention of knowledge gain, don't buy this book
