Cooking Instructions | - Steps to Cook: Mix 1 kg Chicken/Meat, 4 tomatoes, 1/2 cup coriander and 1 cup yogurt paste into Earth Berry Biryani Premix and marinate it for one hour.- Heat oil Add the marinated Chicken/Meat. Cook on low flame.
RICE PREPARATION:

DUM PREPARATION:
– Spread layers of rice and Chicken/Meat. Sprinkle food colour, mint leaves, coriander leaves and lemon juice.- Cover the vessel with lid Keep a piece of brick or any heavy object on the lid to secure the aroma-Place the vessel on a pan and let it cook on low flame for about 30 minutes.
