Cheap plastic
Phone is very good for elders to use. Built quality is not good and very cheap plastic used including the side keys. No options given memory card management. I installed a memory card which has songs already but not able to see in media player. For changing the settings we have to * and # for toogling between options. For making calls it's good for elderly because of the keys.

Wonderful Handset !!
Have got this Handset purchased for my Mother in Law, she is an elderly lady and always wanted the handset with broader keys, and she tends to forget charging the handset everytime, with this phone where the battery lasted for almost a week, she is extremely satisfied. Worth a buy for an elderly person in your family.

Worst experience
The first phone that they sent to me was defective, the microphone was not working, which I returned. The second phone one I received had the problem with the charger. The funny part is they will never accept the return even though the item you received is defective. Later I came to know that if the problem is with the charger or other accessories, they won't consider it as a defect! Waste of money! Screen blank just after the return deadline!
I bought this phone, liked it, ordered another one for someone, and then the first one stopped working with a blank screen just past the return deadline! Flipkart initially responded to my email, saying they would get back to me, then they have gone mum, no response now even on my follow-ups :) The money is gone down the drain. I have a picture of the blank screen, but looks like I can't attach it here... good for the merchant!
