A very useful read

REALLY WORKS!

This book helped me lose 9 kg over 7 months which is the recommended rate to lose weight and keep it off and i didn't even feel like i'm on a diet...no starving my self, no crazy fads, just simple balanced home cooked meals and snacks. Buy.Read.Eat.Delete

Bought the book against my will, as my friend forced me to.... but when I got the book in my hands... i cudnt believe that being fit is such an easy task.. and can be done by eating. Eating healthy.

Simple writing, easily understood, practical tips which can be implemented in daily routine.

Why I bought it : From Deepika Padukone , Sonam Kapoor to Sushmita Sen, big names of Bollywood have left no stone unturned to promote this book. Also, Pooja Makhija was awarded Best Nutritionist at Vogue Beauty Awards 2012.
My experience: This book didn't add any new feathers to my preobtained knowledge. Anybody who has read Rujuta Diwekar's books , can skim through this one in 30 minutes. I wish there were more extensive meal/snack ideas and healthy recipes. Fortunately, flipkart gave it a ...

I just finished reading the book and found it simply disappointing.I picked up this book at my local library in hopes that I could learn a bit more about healthy eating, as I am always searching, and found exactly that.In the fiist half of the book, Puja emphasizes on eating right stuff ie nuts, oils, etc, but in her meal plans she strictly tells to avoid nuts, sugar.
