    Good and comfortable

    The book is very easy to read and full of great information in simple language. Each chapter is summarized in few bullet points so it is easy to remember and follow. Each Chapter has small changes to be made to ones lifestyle. These changes are such that it can be incorporated in our dialy lifestyle and then grow into you.
