Silver Belly Fish (Pony fish) are known as Mullan, Karapodi,Kurichi. It is a good source of calcium and phosphorus. We source fresh marine water silver belly fishes from Kerala coastal regions. We dry the fishes in a very hygienic and healthy way. Silver bellies contain protein, omega 3 fatty acids, minerals like calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, and iron and vitamin D etc. Silver belly fish (Pony fish) is one of the fish having the highest content of calcium and phosphorus comparing other fishes. Many tasty preparations such as Poothali curry, Poothali fry etc can be made out of this tasty fish.
