This book has been written by Awanish Ranjan Mishra, who is by profession Advocate at Jharkhand High Court Ranchi, practicing since more than 17 years in different dimensions of law. He also use to take classes of trainee police officers of different ranks ( JPS/IPS ) as Guest Faculty at Jharkhand Police Academy , Hazaribag and at Investigation Training School , Ranchi. Although his educational qualification is M.Sc in chemistry, L.Lb, LLM and PGDHR , but he has keen interest in literature from his childhood because of his family background.
