Not everyone who is accused of doing a crime may have performed it. However, how does one determine the truth? Ek Ruka Hua Faisla is a Hindi drama film that’s directed by Basu Chatterjee. Based on the highly acclaimed Golden Bear Award-winning film 12 Angry Men, this movie stars Pankaj Kapur, S. M. Zaheer, Annu Kapoor and K. K. Raina. The plot follows 12 members of a jury who sit together in a room to deliberate and come to a verdict on a young man who is accused of killing his own father. All of them, except for one, believe that the young man is guilty and try to convince the dissenting juror to vote otherwise. However, the latter believes that the case should be assessed with more attention given to detail. What will be the fate of the young man?
