Summary of the Book
Ekki Dokki: An Indian Folktale is a story about two sisters. Ekkesvali has one strand of hair on her head and her sister, Dhonkesvali, has two. One day, they travel through a jungle and happen to meet an old woman who lives in the middle of the lonely forest. This meeting is the beginning of their adventures. The book delivers a very strong message for children on developing a caring attitude towards other beings. It contains many illustrations and colourful sketching.
