Damaged piece.
The product is damaged. Its clearly seen that the product has been opened to repair or so. The plug is also damaged .Out of three pin only 2 pin there 1 pin is not there only so the product is not working also.
The seller is selling repaired products i think so.

I Bought this fan and the motor was down within one month. When contacted for warranty the customer support said they have only mumbai warranty. People living outside mumbai please dont buy this fan. Dont burn your fingers as i already have.
