    Good book but SCR,DIAC and TRIAC's missing

    It is a good book for electronics but a high level book for sure.What do you expect of late Jacob Millman?Clear and concise explanation.For instance many books skip the derivation part of concentration of electrons in conduction band,but here the derivation part is given.Its actually quite simple,just transform the integral in form of gamma function.But unfortunately SCR,DIAC and TRIAC are not given.Also Field effect transistors are not explained well as conventional bi junctional transistors...

    Good Book! However some basic knowledge in Computer Science and knowledge in Semicondutors is essential one!!

    Before getting into this book ask for yourself.

    1) Am i good at physics! (Electronics).
    2) Where does it takes through ? For me it is essential one for getting into Microprocessor.(next level)
