A COMPLETE BOOK
Most of the topics covered in the book are well explained but topics like DAS and OSCILLOSCOPE are not up to the mark. Language is very easy. Great book for ggsipu

Overall Great Book
Covers the topic very well, though transducers is a hit or a miss in terms of flow, at places it will be assumed you're aware of basics instead of going over them in brief.
Though check the syllabus for your university as not all topics may be covered in measurements and transducers.
Otherwise a really easy to understand book.
