    Description

The Element: How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything is a book that tells the readers how to tap into their hidden potential by understanding and utilizing their talents.

    Summary Of The Book

The Element: How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything starts off by telling the readers that they all are born with very high natural capacities. However, with time, they often lose touch with these talents as they spend time in the world. The authors then tell the readers that most of them don’t realize what they’re capable of achieving, and throws light on the fact that this affects society and business in a negative manner.

The authors make use of a number of short stories on the lives of highly successful individuals in modern-day history such as Meg Ryan, Gillian Lynne, Arianna Huffington, Richard Feynman, Paul McCartney, and Matt Groening, along with several other famous athletes and entrepreneurs. They go on to tell the readers that these highly successful individuals started off by realizing their talents, and were gradually able to make a successful living off what they love to do.

The authors move on to explain the Element, which they believe is the point where natural talent meets passion. Through the course of this book, the readers are given key insights into finding their element, and reaching their full potential. They also tell the readers that occupation or age are no barriers, and emphasize that there is an urgent requirement to boost innovation and creativity, which can only be achieved by an individual changing their way of thinking.

Great book for people who want a different perception

It’s a wonderful book and a great read. Nice insight and encouragement to think different and explore your positive rather than worry about your negatives.

This is an enjoyable read about ways to recognize your passion and help others recognize theirs. Full of anecdotes and insight. I loved it.
Flipkart wants me to pad this until it reaches 200 characters, which seems silly, but I am going to do as they ask. I will just reaffirm that it i loved it. You can watch Ken Robinson's Ted Talk on youtube you will get an idea whether you would like it.

    Profound

This book can change your life if you give it a chance. It is simply phenomenal. Ken Robinson tells us what we all know, deep down in our hearts, and brings it out in splendid fashion. The fact that famous achievers are nothing but ordinary people doing extraordinary things. That doing what you love to do makes all the difference in the world. Good luck fellow reader, and I hope you find Your "Element".

    Same ol' story

Finding one's own passion is something every human being desires. Some find it, some do not. But that doesn't mean that your life is not worthwhile.

I wish that author had been more crisp with facts rather than repeating the same ol' story.
