About Jack D. Mattingly
Jack D. Mattingly completed his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He completed his PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics at the University of Washington. He has more than 23 years of experience in Engineering Education and was a senior member of the Department of Aeronautics at the US Air Force Academy. After his retirement from US Air Force he joined the faculty of Seattle University.
