  • Prem Gopal Das, born in 1982, has been a practitioner and teacher of meditative yoga and mindfulness practices for over two decades. His journey to the inner quest started young when he was still a higher secondary student. After completing his master’s degree from IIT Kharagpur, he briefly worked in his professional career before becoming a full-time monk in 2008. Since then, he has been actively involved with offering courses, guidance, and counselling services to children, young adults, and families, with the aim of promoting a healthy and well-rounded lifestyle.
