This is a great book full of insightful anecdotes from Mr. Bagchi's personal experience in growing Mindtree. It is a very easy read and completely free of management jargons. Mr. Bagchi is a master storyteller who can deliver insightful management lessons with relevant anecdotes and analogies that will resonate with anybody who has worked in growing organizations.

Am not a fan of management books but this one, esp for a non-management person like me, was very interesting to read. Simple narration but an interesting one. Worth buying.

Enjoyed the book thoroughly , Subroto has great experience and delivers the learning in simple language .Will recommend this book to all mid level manager to move to the next level

I am the fan of Mr. Bagchi. It is an inspiring book for every person waiting for break through. I recommend budding entrepreneur should read all his previous books before they read this one.

After reading all previous books written by Subroto, I probably had my expectations rising. That is where this book seems to fall short. Good concept, but I did not have the feeling of much takeaway compared to other books of his.

The book contains pretty standard advices available in many other books of this class. For those who first timers this may give some value. However, on a long term it indeed doesn't seem to have a strong impact.

The book contains the perspective to scale up the existing business after its existence of 10-12 years.Good for people at senior positions in the management hierarchy.
