Specifications

Installation & Demo

A brand-authorized service engineer will provide the installation & demo. Flipkart will communicate the Installation and Demo schedule through an SMS post-delivery, and the same information will also be available in your order details page. Once the product is delivered, the installation will be scheduled between 10.00 AM and 07.00 PM, The product price is not inclusive of the installation service. The installation will cost INR 600. It includes fitting the product and demo, and does not include core cutting or any civil work. Additional charges (if any) are to be paid directly to the service engineer. Any alterations at the site for installation may be chargeable. Complete Installation Kit - Costs INR 1200 & includes a ducting pipe (9 ft. approx), clamp and cowl. Any additional accessories/travel expenses outside the city limit will be charged extra as applicable.

Super!

Product was delivered much ahead of schedule. Only had some issues with the FK call centre for scheduling the appointment for installation. Very poor quality call centre agent. When asked what time would the installation be done, the agent told me” any time between 12 am to 11.59 pm😳😳😂
This was the call centre at FK!! Had to tell him I couldn’t be waiting the whole damn day for the installer to visit my place. Surely, this is an area which needs improvement. You don’t tell the customer to ...
