Great Book !

This book is good to brush up your knowledge of both Microcontrollers and Embedded C. If you are a novice then also you can buy this book just to know about embedded system is and what is a microcontroller and how it works, what it has. The first 3 chapters are dedicated to all these stuffs I just said.

Now coming to Embedded C, this book will not teach you embedded C from the ground up, this book assumes that you already know the basics and have some experience of programming in C/C++/Java...

one of a kind

after all the books that Ive read in my library this came out as a surprise package as this one dint really looked into all the jargon that other books were throwing at me..
as a beginner the terms that are used in relation with micro controllers can overwhelm you but this book takes a lighter approach for those who are familiar with C language which most of the people trying to learn ES are...
also the concepts that otherwise are ignored in other books are explained in a manner like no other...

Worth the money

This book is amazing to understand how to program 8051 microcontroller but I chose to give 4stars as the installation CD for keil software that they provided with this book is not working anymore. That's disappointing as I can't practice the programs.

Great product

Trust me I gave 4 stars for the content, and not for the cheap printing. Damn cheap printing! what to expect for this price tag, even the xerox of the original pub would have a better experience. the publisher says its low price edition, the truth is they printed for dogs and not for yellow human beings.
