I bought 2 mikos from Hamleys last year. Gifting my third purchase to my sister. Product is very good and i had a great customer support experience.They actually came to my home and explained it to my kids. Not more options not good product

I had placed an exchange request for this item as it had technical issues. The robot was not going in chat mode when enabled from the app. I had to press the "mic" button for every conversation. The mode that enables the robot to chat without having to press the mic button was not working. Secondly, the app was freezing on the second tab after which nothing happens. The same issues as happening with the replaced item and I am not able to use the product. Please return the product as it is not...
