Definitely good choice
Best book of thermodynamics for practise and clear understanding. Must buy for all competitions. Ample solved and unsolved numericals. But the theory part is not for starters as it is very concise. Have Cengel Book for concept building.

This is by far, the best book I have read on thermodynamics in engineering. Clear and to the point. PK Nag makes this book worth its value. Do not mind its price. It is the best preparatory course for future applications in thermal engineering. It lays the perfect foundation in its approach. And that is why, it is the king of texts on thermodynamics.
