Dr. Ranjana Pandey Mishra is currently serving as a faculty member at the University Institute of Management, Rani Durgawati Vishwavidyalaya (RDVV), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. With over a decade of experience in academic and research, she has developed expertise across diverse domains such as Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare, Total Quality Management, Managerial Economics, Legal Aspects of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Principles and Practices of Management. She earned her undergraduate degree from Chatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, and completed her MBA from the Institute of Management Sciences, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore. She also qualified the UGC-NET Lectureship examination and subsequently pursued her doctoral research at the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. Her Ph.D. focused on “Sustainable Development Practices in Retail.” Dr. Mishra has contributed extensively to scholarly literature, with over 20 research papers published in reputed journals and book chapters. She has actively participated in more than 100 training programs and faculty development workshops. Furthermore, she has presented her research at numerous national and international conferences. Dr. Mishra remains committed to advancing knowledge through academic and research pursuits.
