    Stephen P Robbins is a co-author of this book. He has written other books including Management, Organization Theory : Structure, Design, and Applications, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management. Seema Sanghi is an Indian author and is popularly known for being a trainer of competency mapping, mentoring, soft skills, and assessment. She completed her Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan. She has led various consultancy programs for leading organizations such as WHO and HPCL. Her other famous works include The Handbook Of Competency Mapping : Understanding, Designing And Implementing Competency Models In Organizations, Towards Personal Excellence : Psychometric Tests And Self-Improvement Techniques For Managers, and Handbook Of Competency Mapping. Timothy A. Judge is a famous author and a professor of management. He completed his postgraduate degree and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois. He has worked as a senior managerial level at various leading organizations. He is also a fellow member of the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Society, and the American Psychological Association. He works on the editorial team of several journals. His other famous books include Organizational Behavior, Staffing Organizations, and Perspectives on Organizational Fit.

    This is a must book for IAS- Public Administration paper.

    Stephen Robbins is related with Administrative Behaviour topics, that is, leadership, communication, motivational theories etc. Most of the books stop after Maslow, Herzberge’s motivational theories and do not talk much about modern motivational theories.
