These moulds ar manufactured by the highly prestigious brand - Ecopack. The moulds are made in Italy. The Cake moulds are round free-standing paper baking mould. Constructed with a corrugated sidewall and base. The mould has a brown background with a gold floret print overlay. Oven safe in temperatures up to 390° F. Place moulds on baking sheet for additional support in the oven. Microwave and freezer safe. Grease and warp resistant. Suggested uses: cake, crumb cake. The mould can bake about 1 kg of cake. But please note, the actual weight would depend on the thickness of the dough, yeast content etc.
