The design of DEEP presses has evolved over 30 years, and as a result of improvements over the years, our presses simply work better! Our design is optimized to minimize effort needed to press the dough. So you don’t have to press hard on the lever, or lean on the press! When the press is opened, the top plate and the lever remain within arms’ reach. This makes it very easy to repeat the operation rapidly without fumbling around. The larger presses for making rotis have to handle more pressure. We make them extra strong by using additional metal, to ensure robustness and reliability. Unlike other brands, we do not cut corners! Cheaper presses tend to slide when you press downward. This can be dangerous. We care about your safety, and have provided anti-skid mounts on the base to prevent sliding.
