Non-functional state of Product caused due to Manufacturing defects only ; Product should be in proper condition with no rough, or wear & tear signs of usage. If Product is in poor state, Claims may be rejected.
Not Covered in Warranty
Any Kind of Physical Damage, Issues arising due to external factors or due to Voltage Fluctuation, Current Surge, Exposure to Moisture, Heating are not covered in warranty. Warranty Doesn't Cover Defects/Damage due to Misuse-Mishandling, Voltage fluctuations. Warranty shall be rejected if product is in used & poor condition. Replacement shall be provided to the customer after proper validation, Customer shall pay Delivery charges depending on pin code for replacement unit. Item issued in replacement to original order shall not be covered in warranty. Only 1 replacement can be issued during warranty period. Incase of Warranty claims, No Pickup in few cases and Customer Need to Self Return the Product or pack the item as per guidelines. Return Shipping cost to be paid by Buyer, incase of no service area. Replacement / Repair : 6 Months Standard warranty. It is necessary to get warranty activated within 7 days of placing the order by . No Warranty claims shall be entertained if customer does not get warranty activated within 7 days for whatsoever reason. Replacement shall be sent to Customer's address once defective item is returned. Warranty is valid only for 6 months from Date of Purchase. Customer need to pay 85-110 Delivery Charges for replacement order.
