Good product - but cannot use as replacement for all CFL in all aspects
First about the bulbs - this is a good product and delivered well.
In general, LED light may not be direct replacement for a tube/CFL bulb for all our daily needs because of the following reasons.
1. It provides a more focused light, creating sharp shadows like sunlight, whereas CFL/tube gives a better scattered light.
2. This light should be used well above head level of the people, as the light is so intense to look at.
3. A lampshade/dome fitting to scatter the light will be better to av...

I bought this at a cost of Rs.350/ 12W LED.
You can use this as replacement for tube light in bedroom (Not Living Room)
Trust me this gives light as good as one tubelight of 40W when used in bedroom.
Costing Explained!
Cost - Tubelight costs Rs.50 vs LED for Rs.350 Thus Extra cost of Rs300
So assuming cost per unit is Rs.8 and u use this daily for 8 hours
Recovery period = 300/8=37 units =
= 37000KW/ 28W (40W-12W=28 W Savings!)
=1321 hrs/8 hr...

Fastest delivery by flipkart,good packaging and good product
Already you were the fastest, now this delivery was even better.Delivered in 1.5days.This was the fastest by flipkart for me,whereas the purchase made at other websites are getting delivered by 3-4days.

What a price.. and its Eveready!!!
It Gives light equal to a 40 W tube light... very bright... very nice visibility... even LED screens in our house such as TV and computer monitor produces smooth displays or say reflection of this light on objects enhance the colour as compared to normal tube light or CFL. Buy it and also if you compare it with 15-20 W CFL, cfl is very weak and consumes more than this...

Value for Money offer and a Good product
Very good Product with the a nice package of 1+1 offer. The brightness is good and fair enough. Just blindly go and replace your incandescent or CFL bulb with this LED bulb. Save energy and environment. More over Eveready is known company compared to a Chinese local Led bulbs that we get in market.

Good for small sized room (64 sqft)
According to my experience, one 12 Watts LED Bulb is equivalent to a ~20 Watt fluorescent tube light in terms of brightness.
Good for small sized rooms like Puja ghar, balcony, bathrooms or even small sized bedrooms, part of staircase. But the light from a single LED bulb is not sufficient enough for study room.
Choose appropriate lamp bracket for LED bulbs. Your existing lamp bracket may create obstruction to light beam and create shadows.
