1) It is a custom fitting mouth guard! I had no idea, but when I got the item, it had an instruction manual and it tells you to boil water and put the guard in it for 10secs and then put it in cold water for 2secs and put it in your mouth immediately and adjust it all around the gums, teeth and mouth! This is awesome!
