I liked going through the book but it has repeatedly talked about only few ideas - frugality, customer focus, arrogance of Bezos, bad attitude towards employees.

After some point it becomes a drag.

First off, did not know that buying an ebook meant that you had to read it on the net. Or else, if you want it on your device, Flipkart wants 500 MB of space so they can create a database on your device. As for the ebook, it is badly produced: looks like a scanned version, the last letters of each line on the left page missing. Pages do not turn on the web version.

Great read about the story of a rebellious-but-respectable technology company of our times. Jeff Bezos is an all-time great leader of the modern corporate world, and the results show.
