Just got it like a day ago. Enjoying it but the right side shoulder button (the RT trigger) became softer and it resist when we click it. I mean the movement isn't smooth enough like it was. Received the controller this morning and initially it worked fine. I played for about 4 hours, but after that, the Right Trigger (RT) started having issues. It suddenly became hard to press, as if something inside is blocking it.

At first, it made a creaking sound and felt stiff. Now it seems like the trigger is possibly loose and sticking to the side wall of the controller, making it uncomfortable and unresponsive during gameplay.
