The EVOLVIOT Motor Pump Controller is a smart and reliable solution designed to automate water pump operation for homes, buildings, and small commercial setups. It helps monitor tank water levels and controls the pump intelligently, reducing manual effort and improving pump safety. The controller supports a wide AC input range of 95V to 300V, making it suitable for different power conditions. It can directly operate up to a 1HP AC motor pump without an external starter. For higher-capacity pumps, it supports up to 5HP AC motor pumps using an external starter. The device comes with both Auto Mode and Manual Mode, allowing users to control the pump as per their requirement. A dedicated physical switch is provided on the module for easy and independent mode selection. In Auto Mode, the controller can automatically start the pump when the overhead tank reaches 0% water level and stop the pump when the tank is full. In the reservoir monitoring model, the controller also checks reservoir water availability before starting the pump. If the reservoir water level becomes 0%, the pump will not start or will automatically turn OFF, helping protect the motor from dry run damage. Built-in water level indicators make it easy to check tank status at a glance. The controller also supports solenoid control with NO/NC output, allowing better water flow management in supported installations. Through smart monitoring and control, users can view water level status, control the pump, control the solenoid, and change operating mode as per system support. The enclosure is designed for safe and long-term operation. It is shock resistant, rust resistant, non-conductive, ESD protected, and built with a safety-focused construction suitable for regular use. The MPG01R1 model comes with reservoir monitoring support and includes 2 float switches in the box for easy installation. The product is backed by a 1-year warranty.
