EvolvIOT Smart Water Pump Controller is an intelligent and reliable water pump automation solution designed for Indian homes, apartments, farmhouses, and commercial water systems. It helps you control, monitor, and automate your submersible or centrifugal water pump using mobile app control, real-time tank level feedback, auto/manual operation, and sensor-based logic. With smart automation, the controller can automatically start the pump when the overhead tank is low and reservoir water is available. It can also stop the pump when the overhead tank is full or when the reservoir tank is empty, helping reduce overflow, dry-run risk, and unnecessary motor usage. The device supports Android, iOS, and web dashboard control, allowing users to remotely monitor pump status, tank levels, and system activity. Built-in LED indicators provide quick local status updates for water levels and operating conditions. Selected models also include a display screen to show live parameters such as motor state, tank levels, voltage, current draw, and sensor data. EvolvIOT Smart Water Pump Controller supports Wi-Fi 2.4GHz connectivity and secure OTA firmware updates for long-term reliability. It uses secure communication technologies such as HTTPS, TLS, MQTT/WebSocket, and encrypted firmware update support. The device is designed to work locally without internet/cloud dependency for essential control logic, making it suitable for practical Indian usage conditions. The built-in motor protection system supports current and voltage monitoring to help protect the motor from dry-run, overload, and abnormal supply conditions. Reservoir tank monitoring can help stop the motor when water is unavailable, while optional solenoid control can be used to manage reservoir water supply automatically. It is compatible with float switches and conductive probe-based water level sensing. The controller supports 3-level water sensing for overhead and reservoir tanks, making it suitable for automatic water level control applications. Selected models also support overhead tank water temperature sensing for smart actions based on temperature conditions. The compact flame-retardant enclosure, easy-to-wire screw terminals, passive vented cooling, and wall/electrical box mounting design make it suitable for reliable installation. It supports direct operation up to 1HP motor and can be used with an external motor starter/contactor for pumps up to 5HP when installed by a qualified electrician.
