Bartoline All Purpose Wallpaper Adhesive is a traditional, high quality, starch based easy to mix flake. Ideal for residential wallpapers, but also suitable for hanging ALL types of Wallcoverings including Non-woven and Vinyl’s. Can also be used as a size for sealing new plaster walls prior to papering.
