Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done
I have purchased recently & have still not completed reading. But whatever I have read so far it is an excellent book.Very thought provoking & practical suggestions are given.I was recommended this book by a friend & it is an excellent read - a gold mine of very practical down to earth suggestions.

Highly recommended
For a fresher to the corporate world, I highly recommend this book. The first five to seven years at your work, your job is to execute the work given to you. This books teaches how best it can be done.

Very good book

A great book which no many people have read : a treasure to have
Most of the senior mgmt people focus on developing the strategies for their company but forget that without proper execution taken on it, all the strategies are worthless. This book teaches you how to put execution process and framework in place. MUST READ.
